WRT: "Unordered Lists: More than just bullets"

Hi,

The devedge.netscape.com link no longer seems to work on this tip.  
There are two instances of this link on the page.  Both can be replaced 
with the following, still-working, URI:

http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/list-indent.html

The new URI is the same originally-linked document in text format.  
Hopefully this one will be more stable than Netscape :)


As for the "Use standard redirects: don't break the back button!" tip, 
I will look at re-wording this to account for zero-second <meta> 
refresh commands, for QA review.
