FYI: minutes of "Making test suites work for working groups", session at the Technical Plenary

Hi all,

During the Plenary day in the Technical Plenary in Cannes-Mandelieu 3
weeks ago, the QA Activity had organized a session on "making test
suites work for working groups" [1], where different panelists from
various W3C Working Groups presented their approaches to the development
of test materials for their groups.
