Draft - Quality Web-Design Tips

This is a draft "webmaster tip", under work and review by the Quality Assurance Team, and shouldn't be considered as an official tip from W3C while it remains a draft.

Color Choice

Never use more than 3 Color per web-site. Different Shades of those colors are Ok.

Avoid (at all costs) pastels and very bright colors in backgrounds.

Text should be well contrasted against the background in front of which it appears

Font Choice

You should never use more than two font-families in any web page.

While seriff fonts are more easily read in print, sans-seriff fonts are more easily read on a computer's monitor.
