Er... does anybody else find this highly ironic?

Use <h1> for title - Quality Web Tips
<h1> is the HTML tag for the first-level
  heading of a document.

<h1> is for 1st level heading; for title,
there's a <title> element.

Please change "for title" to "for
the first heading" or some such.
