Brainstorming for future QA IG

Dear www-qa members and former QA WG members,

     (when there's a "Todo? [name]?" below, Please could you answer?
Thanks)

I would like we start a brainstorming on the things we would like to
work on in the future. It will help to define how will work together.

IMPORTANT:
     Everyone can participate or add a comment
     to this brainstorming. Don't be afraid to
     suggest something or give an idea even very
     simple.

For example, some people on the list might be able to participate only

     - wiki
     - mail
     - mail + IRC
     - mail + IRC + teleconferences
     - mail + IRC + teleconferences + meeting (F2F)

By experience, I know that small projects work a lot better than big
projects and if too big, dividing the project in small units make it
a lot easier to move forward. Working in pair helps a lot to achieve
a good work with tight deadlines too.

On the agenda for now, there is:

* W3C Validators

     The work is mainly happening on public-qa-dev and chaired by
Olivier Théreaux.
     Todo? Olivier?

* Tools Development

     What's missing? What would be cool? What would be helpful? Don't
forget, think small.

* Review of specifications
