Your single identified substantive issue regarding identification of deprecated features, versus first versions of specifications, was entered as issue #1051 [2]. The QA Working Group accepted the comment, and we have revised the wording around Requirement 12 [3] to indicate that the requirement is contingent on there being previous version(s) of the specification.
