Status of proposed answers

Hi QA WG,

As you have seen in your mailbox, I've drafted my answers to most of
assigned issues. I think they are all pretty much straightforward, so
unless anyone objects before Monday by mail, I think they can be
approved in batch during next teleconf. I'll try to incorporate them
(and any other received before Monday) in the draft disposition of
comments [1] as proposed resolution.

I still have to deal with issue 1158 [2], since that requires first
completing SpecGL own ICS (another action item of mine).
