final decision -- Aug f2f days

Hi QAWG,

Before I arrived at yesterday's telecon, it was apparently discussed about 
shifting the final days/dates of August f2f by one day:  Monday-Wednesday, 
8-10 August (instead of Tues-Thurs, 9-11 August).

As I understand from Dom, this seems to work for everyone and appears to be 
a final decision.  Is that correct?  Any objections?
