QA Documents now available

Hi Andrew

Just wanted to let you know that the QA Handbook [1] and QA Specification 
Guidelines [2] are now available as Working Drafts.  If you get a chance to 
look at them - great.  Any comments would be appreciated.  We do plan to 
have a Last Call version of the documents in a short time.
