Monday (13 September) QAWG telcon Agenda

QAWG telecon participants --

If you won't attend the Monday (13 September) QAWG telcon, please
reply (to list) with "regrets".

This is a regular teleconference, whose principal topic(s) will be:

It seems I might have trouble to access a phone for Monday
Teleconferences. I'm trying to find a chair before monday: Dominique or
Lynne, but If nobody volunteers, I'll have to sleep on the sofa of the
Japan W3C office for the rest of the night. We'll see.

  Agenda
  =====

  Scribe: In the order
	Last time Scribe
	2004-06-17 Lynne Rosenthal (potential chair)
	2004-06-28 Dimitris Dimitriadis

1.) roll call 11am EDT, membership

2.) routine business
	- Documents have been published. Thanks to everyone. It was a very
good job.
	- Hotel Information for Reading, with direction and booking places.
TO create the page for the f2f
	  http://www.w3.org/QA/2004/10/f2f

3.) QA Framework Draft Issue list
	- Karl is drafting an issue list. I have discussed with
Lofton, to see if there was any issues left from before.
There will be a new issue lists during the week. If there are
issues you think are worthwhile to discuss, please send
them to www-qa-wg@w3.org with the Flag [ISSUE] in the title.

4.) Quality Control of Spec GL [1]
	- Karl has identified a few problems with SpecGL when used by an
external reviewer. It would be good to know what we should do with
this section. The main problem is one Principle which is unclear.
	See Dom's answer [2]

5.) Review of QA Framework
	- We have to explicit ask for reviews of different parties inside and
outside W3C. We should ask to:
	- Jeremy Caroll
	- Björn Höhrmann
	- Dan Connolly
	- TAG.
	- Susan Lesch
	- other persons you might want to include in this review?
We need volunteers to contact these people. AI?

6.) QA WG and TAG
Dom has started to prepare an answer [3]
on the topic of extensibility of the Web Arch Document.
We may have small differences in our answers.
Karl's answer is synchronized with SpecGL, It seems that Dom
thinks in a different way. As for Karl's answer "Web Arch is a bit
too loose in the way they define, the notion of extension. I think
they should really point to SpecGL to encourage people to understand
the issues". Maybe just a question of formulation.
To be discussed and come up with a resolution.

7.) Adjourn

8.) Overflow (12-12:30): available.
