TestGL in /TR/

This was published 20040225.  It is not likely that TestGL will be 
published again before the end of the year.  And in any case it is being 
superseded by TestLite, when published again.

Should this /TR/ page be replaced with a placeholder, that:
** points back to old version (20040225);
** explains "further publication postponed until ...";
** and maybe points to TestLite outline;
** and maybe points to the TestGL idea-incubator area on the Wiki?
