draft minutes needed

Hello Patrick,

Since we need to show evidence that the WG agreed to publish
"Variability in Specifications" as a First Published Working Draft (per
[1]), it would be much helpful if you could provide a first draft of the
minutes as soon as possible - before tomorrow EOB would be great.
