Thank you for putting this all together.  Its good that we don't lose this 
information (from SpecGL) - it is good stuff.

A few suggestions.....

Scope and Goal -
1st paragraph
s/analyses/analyzes/
remove 'two'  - since it can be how much any number of implementations may vary
remove ',' after the '-'
s/distinguishes/presents/

2nd paragraph
remove the ',' after interoperability

Structure of the document
s/analyses/analyzes/
