We don't want to make the topic seem difficult. Most WGs will need it; it's an exceptional technology that will have so little variability that this document can be safely ignored by the spec editors. There may be some WGs that ultimately issue specs with extensibility but no profiles/modules/levels, but who should have at least some of their people be familiar with the DoV landscape. .................David Marston
