Missing minutes

Hi everyone,

As I understand, the final minutes of the teleconferences of March 22nd
and March 29th should be published today ; I haven't found any sign of
the minutes (even as draft) of March 15th ; who was scribing? (the
agenda indicated Patrick, but that was probably changed during the
teleconf).
