24-Nov telecon rescheduled to 26-Nov

The 24-nov telecon is rescheduled to 26-nov.  All other details are the 
same (see below).

The principal topic is still "in-reach reports":

Vanitha has requested that her "TestGL interview template" topic be changed 
from 17th Nov to 24th, so it is added it to the end of 26th agenda (time 
permitting).
