QAWG --

Status of SpecGL issues, and some suggestions for today...

lc-issues is almost up-to-date for SpecGL issues, through the last SpecGL
telecon (5th May). I see these mistakes:

29.5 is resolved
35 is resolved
37 is resolved
39 is resolved
40 is resolved
73.6 is resolved
75.4 is resolved
91 is closed
100 is resolved

Below you will find is a list of current status of issues, including a new
section of "ungrouped" issues.

Candidates for 5/28 discussion:

LC-17 (can deprecated features be "distributed" throughout spec?)
LC-19 (clarify "[profiles] experience has shown)
LC-25 [editorial] (scope/goals suggestion)
LC-64 [editorial] (conf. terms must be defined?)
LC-78 (conformance-claim template)
LC-88 [editorial] (reformat bullet list)
Several miscellaneous bits in LC-29.
parts of 77 (general, non-specGL, non-OpsGL: FR-1 thru .FR-3; .GC-1 thru
.GC-6)
