QAWG --

Here is the status of SpecGL issue groups and ungrouped issues, as of today
(02 July). Major groups are all closed except for one left-over sub-issue.

There are about 20 ungrouped SpecGL Active issues yet. Most are pretty
trivial, but a few might need a look and some quick telecon discussion.

GROUPS TO DO
-----
none.

IN PROGRESS
-----
LC-67 part 1

UNGROUPED TO DO
-----
LC-17 (can deprecated features be "distributed" throughout spec?)
LC-19 (clarify "[profiles] experience has shown)
LC-20 [editorial] (single section okay for "universal rqts"?)
LC-22 [editorial] (CP 2.3 placement of Checkpoint)
LC-25 [editorial] (scope/goals suggestion)
LC-28 (use stylesheets to hide links in printed versions of SpecGL)
LC-29.1 (how should "performance requirement" be handled)
LC-29.2 (configurability versus functionality considerations)
LC-29.3 (inclusion of one spec's requirements into another spec)
LC-29.6 (indicate normativity of examples & illustrations)
LC-34 [editorial] (eliminate unnecessary sentence)
LC-64 [editorial] (conf. terms must be defined?)
LC-73.7 ("Normative refs" requirement should be P1)
LC-73.8 (Add Rationale and Discussion to CP13.3)
LC-77.SG-2 (Use standard headings)
LC-77.ET-1 (Explain SpecGL/ET pairing better.)
LC-77.ET-4 (When will SpecET be released.)
LC-78 (provide conf-disclaimer template)
LC-88 [editorial] (reformat bullet list)

Some other "Active" parts of 77 are general, non-specGL, non-OpsGL: FR-1
thru FR-3; GC-1 thru GC-6.

Ungrouped DONE
