Call resolutions; Boston Outreach (&Kit)

We're switching gears a bit this week, from technical to outreach...

Please have a look at Karl's contribution about Outreach Kit.  Given that 
we have 5 people visiting WGs Mon-Tues at Boston, we need to have some part 
of the kit put together in 4 weeks.  What are the essential details of our 
message, that we can deliver in 15-20 minutes?  And who will put it together?

The overflow half-hour is free, if you want to use it.
