SpecGL Editors --

In the ConfReqs section of 3.1, change "all identified" to "all 
conforming", or just "conforming".  ("Identified" is problematic, as we do 
not expect the WG to be able to identify and enumerate all products in a 
class.)

I'm pretty sure this is editorial, but let me know if you disagree.
