Howdy folks,
This is what Patrick and I have come up with for a proposed schedule 
of TestGL publication dates.

- 4/18: first draft.
- 5/2:   second draft.
- 5/23: third draft.

The first draft probably will need some discussion, we can then 
update it a bit and post it as a working draft for the second draft 
and continue to work on it. Dates much beyond that are pretty fuzzy.
