I have finished a first pass at identifying/grouping related comments. The results are listed below, and embedded also in [1] (per-issue). CAVEAT. The comment groupings may be debatable. But I have tried to ensure that they point to other sub-issues which might affect the discussion of a particular issue. In a few cases, I have pointed to more than one grouping. There are almost certainly mistakes and omissions in these. Please point them out.
