Internationalization review?

QAWG,

If anyone has interest, here is a reference to the recent charter 
extensions of Internationalization (deadline for AC comments has just expired):

This might interest us for two reasons:

1.) It would be interesting to review it (I18N) against our OpsGL.  How 
does our OpsGL perform on a "horizontal WG" like this?

2.) Our Charter and Issues List indicate that we are to liaise closely with 
groups like I18N.
