Issue 98:  Minutes differ from LR's notes, the latter are somewhat
unclear on internal vs. external, normative vs. informative.

Issue 95:  Reasonable composite resolution from Minutes/LR-notes -- 
which do differ somewhat -- but the resolution is missing detail 
about specific originator question:  what about logos/icons?

Issue 93, 92:  Although I earlier (in email issue tally list) indicated
these as closed, in fact there is no minuted discussion or resolution (and 
nothing in LR's notes) of either one.

Issue 91:  Minutes differ from LR's notes, and both have some
problems:  mingling "items" with the true subject "choices"; and,
remaining confusion re. the author's intent regarding "different
results in different conditions".  I think that we have not properly
stated the issue and factored its components.

Issue 89:  Minor uncertainty, did we say what happens after Last Call,
in addition to "level A at Last Call"?

Issue 83:  Not minuted anywhere, but I remember that we agreed and
closed it, so I have left it closed.

Issue 82:  A bit of needed detail is missing from the resolution.

Issue 78:  Ambiguity in minutes (blame LH!) about P2 "ban imp-dep
features".  LR notes say that we didn't agree to do that.

Issues 64, 39:  Minutes say "Left to editors discretion", LR's notes say
"needs" to be done (and some details), memory says the latter.  Left
open for QAWG per-keyword review (only SHOULDs?).
