Status of the TR version of Ops ExTechs

Greetings,

Once we get our documents published later today, we'll have a weird
situation in that OpsGL in TR space will link to a draft in our QA WG
space, while the TR page will still be listing as the latest version the
one we published last May (http://www.w3.org/TR/qaframe-ops-extech/).

Since the WG decided to maintain the ExTechs document in WG space for
the time being, I think we need to publish a placeholder to update the
draft in TR space; this placeholder would basically explain the
situation and redirect to the latest version in WG space.

Please send comments if that doesn't look like a good idea. This should
be an agenda item during the next teleconf to get formal approval by the
WG.
