This is an extra conference, whose principal topic will be:  continue our 
per-checkpoint examination of the "Test Guidelines" outline.  The new 
version is at [1].

Also, we would to get a preliminary count of Tokyo face-to-face (7-9 
October) attendees, before Olivier goes on holiday next week.
