more detailed f2f topics

QAWG f2f participants --

At [1] you'll find a partial draft of some detailed topics, plus issue 
prioritization, for the 1-mar-2002 face-to-face.  The topics have arisen 
recently in email or otherwise.  It is the issue priorities that I need to 
expand, and will do so before the end of the day.  Feel free to suggest and 
push your favorite issues to the fore, also.
