Editors' Publication Plan

QA Working Group,

The QA Editors have discussed and agreed a plan for next versions and next 
publication of the Framework documents.

1) Eight weeks from today, on 1st April, we aim to publish (in /TR/):

QA Framework:  Specification Guidelines (FPWD)
QA Framework:  Process & Operational Examples and Techniques (FPWD)

QA Framework:  Introduction (2ndPWD)
QA Framework:  Process & Operational Guidelines (2nPWD)

2) Four weeks from this Friday, on 8th March, we aim to have WG-only drafts 
of these four documents.  We are still designing intermediate milestones -- 
outlines for the new parts, etc -- and will probably be circulating some 
such bits in the interim periods.
