We have a problem with:

         AI-20021008-06 DD  tutorial on how to advertise QA work to other 
groups.

Contrary to appearances, it doesn't actually have an owner.  Dimitris says 
that he volunteered to *help*, not to take the lead, and this is indeed 
suggested by the minuted dialog from Tokyo [1]:
OT: [...]Propose: Advertise work. Who should make list of items to 
advertise and how? Need to have a briefing.
DD: volunteer to help create how to advertise to other groups.
[...]

DD: creating "how to" advertize QA to groups

I think this is a fairly important item -- pretty soon, our success is 
going to be depending much more on effective outreach to the WGs, and less 
on clever writing in our GL documents.

Will someone volunteer to join Dimitris on this AI, and be the owner of it?
