This is what I suggested in my previous mail. If you don't do that, a proxy will not be able to recognize globally unique tags and treat them specially. Also, when you introduce globally unique tags, you need to make sure that independent parties don't generate conflicts. That is why the name space needs to be administered. Have fun, Arthur van Hoff
