Hello,

Seventeen people attended the 3 March 2003 Patent Policy Working Group
(PPWG) teleconference. The meeting was devoted to discussion of the
group's latest internal Working Draft. Participants suggested changes
to wording and sections on Submissions, invited experts, links in the
draft, affiliates, channelling disclosure requests to AC reps, and
essential claims. Five editorial action items were assigned. The group
then discussed their schedule for release of a public draft for
Advisory Committee review.
