field of use restrictions

I'm yet another person objecting to the possibility of "field of use"
restrictions on patent claims contributed to W3C standards in
the last draft of the patent policy.

I support the FSF's position, given at
<http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/w3c-patent.html>.
