I read your Last Call Working Draft [1] for editorial errors and saw
only these three minor points. It looks excellent from a mechanical
standpoint.

In section 7.3, "on-going" should read "ongoing." In the Status
section, "Working Group" should be capitalized to match the W3C Process
document. Sorry I missed those earlier.

Also, a new Process document became operative on 19 July 2001 and
should appear in section 10 as well as in each local link (in sections
4, 5.1, and 5.3).
