I can say the same. And most of the time I think people who makes laws
doesn't think that the rest of people hasn't got so much time to spend
on that things. The simple the best. We do not want to waste time
looking at strange, complicated policies.

Well, it is much WORSE than that, they pretend us to pay for
implementing the standards as some of them may be covered by patents! If
you work in Europe you are still free now, but we should react to avoid
software patents: http://www.freepatents.org/
