"NO" on RAND patent policy

As a web developer, I am writing to emphatically tell you that the RAND
patent policy is going to inhibit the growth of the internet at a time when
that is not feasible! If passed, it will pose a serious threat to the global
economy.

Please do NOT let this happen!
