Say NO to patents. The web is already polluted with de-facto 'standards'
(such as Flash, etc). Please don't make it worse. Imagine if the web can
only be viewed by a single 'standard' user agent.

Unless it is free for all to use and implement, patented technologies
must not become web standards, period. RAND will certainly kill the
whole web industry, as it would surely be controlled by a few large
companies.
