Great link. I can already see that I have some suboptions not configured
right.

People are telling me that it's likely IE6 is interpretting the cookie as
soon as it sees it, even if a compact P3P appears later in the headers.  I
don't know if that's true, but it's surely a bigger pain to assume now that
headers have to be presented in a particular order since I don't even insert
the session cookies, they are inserted by the app server (Tomcat JSP/servlet
in my case).
