Cool! With this draft specification, I'm looking forward to setting the protocols on my web sites to mimic High Security and then suck up all the personal info and resell it to all those cool spamsters in Mexico. Most excellent - now we can reduce all the EU's gripes about privacy rights in the US by undermining them, so that they're at the same level as US citizens.
