P3P Validator and Site Listing

I have just implemented (I think) P3P at the following site
www.concept-wolrdwide.com and have used the validator tool which returns the
following results:

Step 1-1: Access check

/w3c/p3p.xml can be retrieved.

Step 1-2: Syntax check

/w3c/p3p.xml has no syntax errors.

Step 1-3: Policy URI check

/w3c/p3p.xml has no warnings or errors.

Message: P3P policy indicated at line 3 can be accessed.

P3P policy for http://www.concept-worldwide.com/ is


Step 2: HTTP Protocol Validation ( HTTP headers )

HTTP headers have no P3P: header.


Step 3: HTML File Validation

HTML document has no P3P compliant link tags.

Message: No valid P3P compliant <link> element.


Step 4: Policy File Validation

URI: http://www.concept-worldwide.com/w3c/concept-worldwide.p3p#SiteBrowsing

Step 4-1: Syntax check

Policy file has no syntax errors.

Step 4-2: Vocabulary check

Policy file has no vocabulary errors.

Message: line 36: service attribute of <DISPUTES> element can be accessed.

Message: line 40: service attribute of <DISPUTES> element can be accessed.

I would like to know if these are the expected results and if so how do I
add the site to the list of sites using p3p?
