Re: <STATEMENT>, <GROUP INFO> in IBM P3P Editor

And, incidently, this statement name mechanism is used by
both the IE6 p3p implementation and the AT&T WorldNet
Privacy Tool. In the IE6 privacy report and the AT&T policy
summary, information is displayed about each statement.
If the IBM extension is used, instead of just labeling the
statements as statement 1, statement 2, etc., the name
is actually displayed.
