QUB implementation of EmotionML

Feature 1 (end value):   not implemented
Feature 2 (embedding): not implemented

Explanation:
Feature 1: Our implementation does not use the start / end elements. Instead it gives a uri fragment as specified in 2.4.2.4 Timing in media
Feature 2: Our implementation does not embed the emotionML code, because the code's function is simply to describe the emotion perceived by a rater in a particular source.
