pop-up video

this has potential of becoming a "killer-app" for smil - video synchronized
with "temporal" html text, where the text contains links to people shown 
in the video

the following isn't exactly polished, but gives you an idea (in particular,
there's a bug in the SMIL file that results in things getting out of 
sync pretty soon after the start)
