cmt and mash toolkit

Hi,

1) Can anyone tell me any mailing list related to UC Berkeley's
toolkits  CMT and MASH.

2) Are there similar other toolkits?

3) Is there any multimedia server available where the users (clients
through browser or stand alone) can upload the video/audio  using
camera/mic. or through files?
