Synchronization Points as script triggers

One last suggestions (for now):

I realize scripting isn't a goal for this initial release, but just to put 
it on the record, I think there should be an easy way to include scripts 
inline to either <PAR> or <SEQ> tags.  It is a natural allusion to 
event-driven programming that is specific to the model at hand.
