Frameworks for Content Adaptation

Hello,
 
My name is Nick Toumpelis and I'm currently working on Device
Independent Authoring for
my final year project. At the moment, I'm interested in the ways that
CC/PP and UAProf are
being used to provide a framework for content adaptation (e.g.
capability classes). I would
appreciate it if you could give me some more information on the subject,
direct me to links,
papers etc.
