Re: CC/PP vocabularies for devices

No, you have to publish it in RDF schema form at a URI. Just like any
RDF Schema.

I am not sure about the status of the various schema editors there are,
go to http://www.w3.org/RDF/ where I think there is a listing. You can
also find more information about how to build schemas and use RDF there.
Better read up on namespaces, as well...
