example cc/pp profiles ?

does somebody already use example cc/pp profiles of the today used mobile
devices (Nokia 7110, Palm using Palmscape, Imode cell phones, ...) ?
i would need some ;-)
or does somebody now an URL with a list of the currently used devices and
their detailed technical specifications.
