Hello, I just forwarded an announcement of the availability of the Committee Draft of 14496-22 “Open Font Format”. This will become the third edition of OFF (and of OpenType). of interest to this list is the newly added MATH table, already used in a proprietary manner on the Microsoft Windows platform and now openly documented for standardization. The table is defined in section 6.3.6 MATH – The mathematical typesetting table. There are other sections of the specification which refer to mathematical typesetting, of course, but this entire table is new in this version of the specification. -- Best regards, Chris mailto:chris@w3.org
