The math document (w14085-CFP-ColorFonts+MATH.doc) Chris attached is entitled “Call for Proposals for ISO/IEC 14496-22 "Open Font Format" Color Font Technology and MATH layout support”. So it’s a request for ideas, not an actual spec. I’ve got something to submit :-)

This could well be the OpenType MATH spec used for Cambria Math in Microsoft Office. We’ve been pushing to standardize it for a while now. I’ve given the spec to anyone who asks for it, but it’s a lot better to have it part of the OT standard. I’ll check…

Does anyone knows how this Call for Proposals relates to the Open Type MATH table proposed by Microsoft? (I've heard that Microsoft wanted to make the Open Type MATH specification public...)
