Sure you can, just not like that.

You can scrape the pages, but you have to
fool the server into sending you xhtml
instead of html (Left as exercise...)

For the numbered equations, you can download
various Encodings, including pMML, from
the "Info" boxes.  (hover mouse over the little "i",
or click, or...)
